Bollywood singer Hrishikesh Chury organizes India’s biggest International Earth Day
After his super successful song from Houseful 3, singer Hrishikesh Chury is busy juggling with his recordings, live shows in India & abroad. But he has always kept his passion alive to do something for the society. On the occasion of International Earth Day his NGO Hallway Foundation is organizing India’s biggest International Earth Day. The event will be graced by many Bollywood Celebrities, Sport Personalities, Politician, Dignitaries to support the cause. At the event they shall be launching a Social media awareness campaign “My Belief I am the Change” asking individuals & Groups to motivate others by sharing their real unheard stories on social media along with photos/videosto bring out positive change in the society. #MyBeliefiAmTheChange.
Since his childhood, Hrishikesh has always been inclined towards helping the underprivileged of the society. Looking at this passion, he was appointed the head of NSS unit during his college years. In 2015 Hrishikesh Chury started his NGO, Hallway Foundation and for every project he received ample support from many celebrities, bureaucrats, politicians and dignitaries. Hallway Foundation has done many projects for the betterment of the society and has worked in the areas of women empowerment, old age, street kids, health camps and fitness, etc. Recently Hallway Foundation has joined hands with Government and shall impart Free skill development training to 10,000 students his Ngo is also planning to conduct Free medical camps for 15,000people. Hrishikesh humbly says that, “Along with singing, giving back to the society is a top priority for me; nothing can replace that joy when you see a smile on someone’s face. He believes that the big break which he got in the multi starrer Housefull3 is because of the love & blessings of the people.” Last year after the success of his Houseful 3 song, Hrishikesh has announced that he will not charge his performance fees for anyone who is doing any fund raising concert for the drought affected people. Our society really needs more such artists to bring about a positive change.
