Doraha, August 1 (Amrish Anand): To celebrate the appointment of Mr. Anmol Sharma (Anny Sharma) as the new President of the Municipal Council, Doraha, the Bhog of Shri Sukhmani Sahib was held at Gurdwara Shri Gobind Sagar Sahib near the Municipal Council office. A grand thanksgiving ceremony was organized thereafter, where Payal MLA S. Manwinder Singh Giaspura and his wife Bibi Ramanjit Kaur Giaspura attended as special guests and congratulated the newly elected President.Speaking on the occasion, MLA S.Manwinder Singh Giaspura said that responsibilities entrusted to young leaders like Anmol Sharma would play a significant role in strengthening local governance. He expressed confidence that Anmol Sharma, along with his team, would give a new direction to the development of Doraha and live up to the expectations of the people.On this occasion, Anmol Sharma’s father and former Municipal Council President Shri Sudarshan Sharma Pappu and his mother, Councillor Priya Sharma, thanked all the dignitaries, political leaders, and residents who attended the event.
