The FASTag Annual Pass has crossed the significant milestone of one crore passes issued after its launch on 15th August last year. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways said that the milestone reflects growing acceptance of the Annual Pass among private vehicle owners, providing a seamless and economical travel option on National Highways and Expressways.

Pass Applicable at More Than 1,000 Fee Plazas

The Ministry said that the pass is applicable at about more than 1,000 fee plazas on National Highways and National Expressways. It eliminates the need to frequently recharge FASTag through a one-time fee payment of ₹3,075 for one-year validity or 200 toll plaza crossings.

The FASTag Annual Pass is aimed at providing private vehicle owners with a convenient travel option across covered National Highways and Expressways.
