250 CBSE Teachers to Provide In-Person Academic Guidance to Students in Ladakh
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), in collaboration with the Ladakh government, has launched a month-long in-person academic support programme for students of Classes 10 and 12 in government schools across Ladakh.
According to CBSE, the programme is being conducted from 14th of this month to 14th of next month. It covers schools in Leh, Nubra, Zanskar, Kargil, Drass, Changthang, Sankoo Chiktan and other high-altitude areas.
The initiative has been designed to strengthen students’ academic preparedness for the CBSE Board examinations through focused, classroom-based support.
More Than 250 Teachers and Resource Persons Involved
Under the initiative, more than 250 experienced teachers and resource persons from CBSE-affiliated schools across the country have been nominated to conduct classes and provide academic guidance to students.
The sessions cover Mathematics and Science for Class 10, while Class 12 students are being supported in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics.
Focus on Examination Techniques and Time Management
Students are also being guided on examination techniques, assessment strategies, time management and effective approaches to answering questions.
