Mandi Gobindgarh,Under the directions of Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education(MGNCRE)ministry of Education,Government of India,Gobindgarh Public College, Alour(Khanna)organised an activity of outdoor classes for creating awareness about environment protection and preservation for students.In this activity firstly,the shady area was found following with the arrangement of black board,desks and mat.Secondly,we gathered students and divided them into two groups.The students were taught about the importance of preserving environment and the threats to it.Principal Dr.Neenaseth Pajni said that teachers as well as the students found many useful ways to protect the environment such as planting more and more trees,saving electricity by conducting outdoor classes and so on through classroom discussions.Principal Dr.Neena Seth Pajni appreciated the efforts of college Nodal officer MGNCRE Prof.Rajesh Kumar and convenor of this activity prof.Neeraj sharma.

Amrish Anand, Mandi Gobindgarh, A lecture on"Future Technologies technologies and Skill Enhancement" - Formal and non-formal training was held at Gobindgarh Public College, Alour, Khanna College Principal Dr. Neena Seth Pajni welcomed and introduced resource persons Ms. Anita Budhiraja and Sh.Sachin Chandla Joint Director,National Institute of Electronics and Information Technologies,Chandigarh.Discussing skill enhancement,Future Technologies, Ms.Anita Budhiraja and Sh.Sachin Chandla emphasized the need to upgrade ourselves for the latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence,Block chain,Cryptocurrency ,Data Analytics using Python,Hadoop and other latest trends as per the needs of the industry.She also emphasized skill enhancement training for students and faculty to open avenues for better productivity.In the concluding remarks,Dr.Neena Seth Pajni also emphasized upgrading their skill set in accordance with the latest technologies to meet the latest academic and industry needs

Dr. Naresh Anand, Senior Consultant & President- ISA Punjab chapter told that it is very important for the Layman to learn these clinical simple skills.Dr. Anupam Srivastava,Co-ordinator,Dr. Yugam Aggarwal,Dr. Harneet, Dr.Varunpreet Kaur, S.Manjeet Singh,Balam singh Negi from department also contributed. Dr.G.L Awasthi- Medical Director SPS Hospital appreciated the efforts and encouraged the whole team.
