Anti-Drug National Campaign Seminar Organized at Doaba College, Jalandhar

Jalandhar, November 18, Under the guidance of Hon’ble Special Director General of Police, Community Affairs Division, Punjab, Madam Dhannpreet Kaur, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police Jalandhar, Shri Sukhwinder Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Local Community Police Officer), and Shri Sanjay Kumar, A.C.P. NDPS, Commissionerate Jalandhar, an anti-drug awareness seminar was organized today at Doaba College, Jalandhar.The event was conducted under the supervision of District Incharge Saanjh Centre Inspector Parminder Kaur, ASI Sukhwinder Kumar (Incharge Saanjh Centre Central & North), and Woman Head Constable Jyoti Sharma, with full cooperation from Dr. Arshdeep Singh and the college staff.Dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the nationwide Anti-Drug Campaign, the seminar aimed to sensitize students about the harmful effects of drug abuse, measures for drug prevention, traffic rules, and cybercrime. Students were also administered an oath to abstain from drugs. In addition, important helpline numbers were shared to ensure awareness and support for safety and welfare.The seminar proved to be an impactful initiative, inspiring youth to lead a drug-free and responsible life.
