Mahavir Jayanti Celebrated with Enthusiasm at Euro Kids Playway and Dream Berry Convent School Doraha

Doraha, April 9 (Amrish Anand) – The renowned educational institutions of Doraha city, Euro Kids Playway and Dream Berry Convent School, celebrated Mahavir Jayanti with great enthusiasm.The event began with the offering of flowers to the image of Lord Mahavir by the school’s Chairperson Jatinder Sharma, Director Neeraj Sharma, Rajat Sharma, Principal Surinderpal Kaur, the entire staff, and students.While addressing the children, Chairperson Jatinder Sharma emphasized the importance of learning from the life of Lord Mahavir. He spoke about following the path of truth, non-violence, and sacrifice, which were the core teachings of Lord Mahavir. He said that Mahavir's teachings are like an open book for everyone.Lord Mahavir was born into a royal family and had no shortage of wealth and luxury. However, upon entering adulthood, he renounced all worldly pleasures and riches. He gave up all comforts, walked barefoot, and spread his message among the people. He encouraged the students to take inspiration from Lord Mahavir’s life.On the occasion, Principal Surinderpal Kaur stated that Lord Mahavir was a propagator of non-violence and a firm believer in truth. His ideology was to avoid causing harm to any living being because life exists in everything.
