CASO Operation Conducted in Doraha to Strengthen Law and Order

Doraha, Feb 9(Amrish Anand):Under the directions of the Hon’ble SSP Khanna, Dr. Darpan Ahluwalia, IPS, the Doraha police conducted a special Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the town. The operation was led by DSP Headquarter S. Pritpal Singh Sandhu. For this purpose, multiple police teams were formed and deployed across important and crowded areas of the town to carry out an extensive search drive.During the CASO operation, thorough checking was carried out at the Railway Station, Bus Stand, and major markets of Doraha. Police teams closely verified people moving in these areas, checked the identity documents of suspicious individuals, and conducted detailed inspections of vehicles. The police remained fully alert throughout the operation to prevent any untoward incident.Speaking on the occasion, DSP S. Pritpal Singh Sandhu stated that such operations are conducted regularly to strengthen law and order in the district, curb criminal activities, and instill a sense of security among the general public. He added that strict action will continue against anti-social elements.Police officials also appealed to city residents to cooperate with the police and immediately inform the nearest police station about any suspicious activity, so that peace and law and order can be maintained in the town.
