Protest by Doraha Sanatani Organization Against Terrorist Attacks in Pahalgam

April 24,Doraha (Amrish Anand)Today, a protest was held from the railway station to the bridge in the city by the Doraha Sanatani Organization, along with various religious, social, and business organizations of Doraha city and local residents. This protest was in response to the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam on Tuesday, where innocent people were brutally killed. The protest was led by BJP Punjab Vice President S. Bikramjit Singh Cheema, BJP Mahila Morcha Punjab Spokesperson Madam Nitu Singh,Senior leader of Halka Payal Principal Jatinder Sharma, Shri Ashish Sood, and S. Gurdip Singh Mithu Jatana.During the protest, an effigy of Pakistan was burned at the local Beant Singh Chowk.Speaking to the press, BJP Punjab Vice President S. Bikramjit Singh Cheema said that the grief of the innocent people killed and the families affected by the terrorist attack has shaken the entire nation and brought tears to everyone's eyes. He added that the attack in Pahalgam is a direct assault on the integrity of the country and targeting tourists by terrorists is completely unforgivable.During the protest, leaders raised slogans like “Down with Terrorism.” The leaders of the Doraha Sanatani Organization stated jointly that the central government will soon respond to the terrorists.Other than the aforementioned leaders, several notable individuals were also present at the protest including Madam Nitu Singh, Principal Jatinder Sharma, Shri Ashish Sood, S. Gurdip Singh Mithu Jatana, Jagtar Singh Kukka Naresh Anand, Sushil Dutt, Manoj Pandit, Goldy Goel, Priyaranjan Sharma, Keemti Lal Sharma, Dinesh Nard, Raman Mehta, Rajesh Ablish, Naveen Kapila, vijay Makol ,Manoj Bansal, and representatives from various religious, social, and business organizations of Doraha city.
