Amanpreet Kaur Rai along with team Meets Delhi Cabinet Minister Manjinder Sirsa Over Ruchira Paper Controversy

Chamkaur Sahib January 27 :In connection with the ongoing controversy surrounding Ruchira Paper, Madam Amanpreet Kaur Rai, In-charge Bjp of Shri Chamkaur Sahib Assembly Constituency along with team and a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janta Party, held a special meeting with Mr.Manjinder Singh Sirsa,Cabinet Minister in the Delhi Government and National Secretary of the BJP. She was accompanied by members of the Shri Chamkaur Sahib Morcha team.During the meeting, Ms.Rai apprised the minister in detail about the serious concerns arising from a report prepared by Ruchira Paper, which has allegedly hurt the religious sentiments of the Sikh community by misrepresenting Sikh history and the unparalleled sacrifices of the Sikh Gurus. She also informed him about the ongoing protest at the Ruchira Paper factory in Dhaulra and the strong resentment being expressed by local residents.Madam Amanpreet Kaur Rai stated that the issue is directly connected to the sentiments of the people of the region and emphasized that she has been standing firmly with the Shri Chamkaur Sahib Morcha team since April 23, 2025. She reiterated her commitment to raising the matter at the highest level and assured that she would continue to fulfill her responsibility until the issue reaches its rightful conclusion.
