Unconditional Support Extended to AAP Candidate Sanjeev Arora by Punjab Police Family Welfare Association

Doraha, May 30 (Amrish Anand) – In a statement issued today in Patiala, Shri Rajinder Pal Anand, former DSP and Advocate, who is also the State President of the Punjab Police Family Welfare Association, announced that their association has extended unconditional support to Shri Sanjeev Arora, the current Rajya Sabha MP and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate contesting the by-election from Ludhiana West.He mentioned that this decision was taken today in Ludhiana, inspired and guided by Ludhiana Mayor Principal Inderjit Kaur, on the occasion of the visit of Punjab Chief Minister and AAP Supremo Shri Bhagwant Singh Mann and Shri Arvind Kejriwal.The association, under Anand’s leadership, actively supported Arora by accompanying him and helping him file his nomination papers in the presence of thousands of people.Shri Rajinder Pal Anand stated that their association has taken this step after closely observing the positive work done by the Aam Aadmi Party-led Punjab government over the past three years in sectors like education, drug prevention, employment, and healthcare.The association, representing nearly 80,000 serving police employees and around 20,000 retired personnel, will go door-to-door in the coming days to campaign for Shri Sanjeev Arora and ensure his resounding victory in the upcoming by-election scheduled for June 19.Anand further emphasized that the government led by Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann has achieved developmental milestones that previous governments failed to accomplish in the last 70 years. He assured that both he and his association would put in their maximum effort to ensure a grand victory for AAP candidate Shri Sanjeev Arora in the by-election and send him to the Punjab Legislative Assembly with a huge margin.
