Punjab Police Exposes Terrorist Module Backed by ISI & Babbar Khalsa

In a major success, Punjab Police has exposed a terrorist module backed by Babbar Khalsa International and Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). This group was responsible for multiple attacks, including those in Batala, Jaintipur (January 15, 2025), and Raimul (February 17, 2025).

Batala police have arrested two operatives, Mohit and Vishal, involved in the attack. The main handlers of this terror module have been identified as USA-based terrorist Happy Passian and Pakistan-based Harvinder Rinda.

During the police operation, one of the module members attempted to discard explosives while being taken to recover weapons and opened fire on the police party. In the retaliatory firing, the terrorist sustained injuries and was immediately admitted to Batala Civil Hospital for treatment.

Recoveries: One 30-bore pistol

Punjab Police reaffirmed its commitment to eliminating organized crime and maintaining peace and harmony across the state. Authorities continue to intensify crackdowns on terrorist networks to ensure Punjab's safety.
