Patiala, November 10: Punjab Police Family Welfare Association Extends Support to Students Protesting for Punjab University.Addressing the media here today, Mr.Rajinder Pal Anand, former DSP, Advocate, and State President of the Punjab Police Family Welfare Association, announced the Association’s full support for the students agitating in favor of Punjab University, Chandigarh.He stated that all office-bearers and members of the Punjab Police Family Welfare Association stand firmly with the students in their ongoing struggle. “In the coming days, we will stand shoulder to shoulder with the students of Punjab University to protect this historic institution, which is a proud heritage of Punjabis, from any external interference or threats,” he added.
