Is highly condemnable that Khalistanis stopped the car of India's External Affairs Minister and insulted the national flag - Advocate Rajinder Pal Anand

Patiala, March 7 Today, Shri Rajinder Pal Anand, former DSP, Advocate, and National SeniorVice President of the All India Anti-Terrorist Anti-Crime Front, issued a statement condemning the incident in London where a group of Khalistanis stopped the car of India's External Affairs Minister, Shri S. Jaishankar, during his foreign tour. Two days ago, as he was returning from a meeting in London, a handful of Khalistanis obstructed his car and insulted the Indian national flag by tearing it. Shri Rajinder Pal Anand strongly condemned this shameful and deplorable act.He further stated that the entire Sikh community should not be blamed for the actions of a few misguided Khalistanis, who are tarnishing the image of Sikhs worldwide. Due to such actions, people across the world sometimes mistakenly associate the entire Sikh community with Khalistanis, which is not the case. The Sikh community is patriotic and has made the highest sacrifices for the country's independence.Shri Rajinder Pal Anand appealed to all nationalists, Punjabis, and true-hearted Sikhs to strongly condemn this unfortunate incident. He also urged the Government of India to take up this distressing and unfortunate matter at a high level with the British government and ensure strict action against those responsible. He further demanded that action be taken against the police officers present at the scene who failed to take appropriate measures against these miscreants so that no one dares to commit such a disgraceful act in the future.
