Annual Sports Day Celebrated at Euro Kids Play-way & Dream Berry Convent School Doraha

Doraha, February 24 (Amrish Anand) – The renowned educational institution of the region, Euro Kids Play-way & Dream Berry Convent School, Doraha, celebrated its Annual Sports Day under the able leadership of Chairman Jatinder Sharma, Director Neeraj Sharma, Suman Sharma, Sonia Sharma, Rajat Sharma, Shubham Sharma, and Principal Surinder Kaur.On this occasion, renowned Punjabi lyricist Veet Baljit inaugurated the event, emphasizing the importance of students participating in sports alongside academics. He stated that sports help boost confidence and contribute to physical development. The celebrated lyricist and singer Veet Baljit also entertained the children by performing some of his popular songs.The event began with a welcome song performed by young children, followed by various sports activities. Director Rajat Sharma shared that the Annual Sports Day featured competitions such as hand races, hula-hoop, ball-balancing games, and other races. Winners of these events were honored with prizes.Additionally, students performed Gidha and Bhangra, adding a cultural touch to the celebration. A special theatrical act highlighting the excessive use of social media was also staged by the students.At the conclusion of the event, Principal Surinder Kaur expressed gratitude to all the attendees. The event was graced by the presence of Navdeep Kaur, Muskan Bhatia, Navpreet Kaur, Jashpreet Kaur, Amandeep Kaur, Jaswinder Kaur, Komal Sharma, Rishta Diwan, Sarabjit Kaur, Inderpal Kaur, Baljeet Kaur, Meenakshi Rani, Raju Singh, Gurvinder Singh, Inderjeet Singh, and Sham Singh Bablu, along with the entire school staff.
