Children from Punjab’s renowned Folk dance academies performed Bhangra, Giddha, Luddi, and Sammi

Doraha, May 6 (Amrish Anand): Under the able leadership of Madam Jatinder Kaur Sandhu, the Folk Cultural Organization organized the 'Dhamaal Bhangra Giddha Cup' at Ishmeet Singh Music Institute, Ludhiana. Esteemed personalities from various parts of Punjab associated with folk dances participated in the event.On this special occasion, children from Punjab's most well-known folk dance academies gave beautiful performances of traditional dances such as Bhangra, Giddha, Luddi, and Sammi, which were enjoyed by all in attendance.Renowned international Bhangra coach Anish Bhanot, Pritpal Singh, Pawan Ajmal, Rajvir Chahal and Arsh Mangat served as judges for the competition. While speaking to the press, the dignitaries emphasized that such events help preserve our cultural heritage, keep children connected with traditional folk dances, and promote the spread of our rich cultural traditions.
