She discussed about the increasing number of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients in icu and opd basis.

Dr Pomila Chopra who specializes in Orthopaedics physiotherapy also highlighted that physios from different streams should learn cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and not just cardiopulmonary physio as pulmonary physiotherapy is a integral part for total rehabilitation of any patient she concluded.
